School Event: December Events

December 2010

On Wednesday 8th December some children from Year 5 and 6 went on a trip to Cannock Chase. The trip was organised by Mr Ghinai and Miss Hind and Mr Roome went along too. The children walked miles in the freezing weather, it was tough but the sense of satisfaction at the end was great!

A good day was had by all and the teachers were very proud of the children for persevering to the end. Well done children!

The children in reception invited their parents into school to help make calendars.

It was a very busy afternoon and everyone had a lovely time and made some beautiful calendars to take home.

The Year 4 classes took a trip to Selly Manor where they learned how the Tudors lived. They got to dress up in old clothes and play some of the games that children from that time would have played.

Everyone had a great day and learned lots of interesting facts!
