School Profile

The school profile has replaced the old governors' annual report. It is designed for schools to communicate with parents about the school's progress, priorities and performance.

School Policy Documents

Here is a selection of our school policies that parents may find particularly useful. For other policies, please contact the school.

Ofsted Inspection

Our last Ofsted inspection was in December 2008. This is a very pleasing report and shows how well we are doing.

Here are a few key quotes:

  • "This is a good school."
  • "Teachers are knowledgeable and they make lessons enjoyable within a supportive and caring environment."
  • "Pupils behave well, they enjoy school and they know how to stay safe."
  • "All pupils make consistently good progress in lessons because the quality of teaching is good."
  • "Leadership and management is good... has a clear commitment to raising standards."

A huge thank you to all the staff for their hard work, to parents and governors for their support and to our pupils who make the school such a happy place to be.

The full report can be read below:

ICT Inspection - 2011

We also received a 'subject survey inspection' in March 2011, when the inspectors came to look at our ICT provision.

We were delighted with their findings, which concluded that our ICT achievement, quality of teaching, quality of curriculum and leadership were all OUTSTANDING!
